Red Wine
Alcohol Content (ABV): 13,5% vol.
Contains Sulphites
Aragonês
Syrah
Total destemming
Control of fermentation temperature
Appearance: clear
Colour: garnet and violet nuances
Aroma: intense, red fruits and strawberry jam
Flavour: intense, full-bodied, balanced and persistent
Should be served at temperature between 16º and 18ºC
White Wine
Alcohol Content (ABV): 12% vol.

Fernão Pires

Appearance: clear
Colour: citrine
Aroma: intense, tropical and citric fruits
Flavour: fresh, intense and balanced
Should be served chilled (10º – 12ºC)
Excellent to serve with fish and seafood, as well as an aperitif

White: 6% vol.
